 Due to government relaxation of  Covid 19 rules Ramblers may again walk in groups of up to 30 people. The guidance from the Scottish Government now allows people to travel anywhere in Scotland. Although car sharing is not advised it is not illegal. Please check government guidelines.

 Please go direct to the start of the walk for the time stated, if you need further directions or would like to follow someone then please contact the walk leader, the phone number is on the programme. At present car sharing is not permitted except for people from the same household.

Contact numbers will be recorded for Track and Trace and will beheld by the Chairman for 21 days. Social distancing (2m) should be observed while on the walk


Walk leadership training: Hundreds of Scottish Volunteers have attended our Walk Leadership project since it launched in 2017, with 97% rating was good or excellent. We've just added several more courses to our 2020 events calendar - all open to current and future walk leaders,

App Upgrades: WE've made several recent improvements to the Ramblers app, which now includes 3,000 routes for you to explore. You can follow rules with descriptions and photos, search for routes and group walks more easily, and save routes to come back to later. Download it from Apple's App Store or Google Play by searching for " Ramblers"

 An important update on phishing emails

There has been a number of cases where Ramblers supporters have been contacted by an individual pretending to be from Ramblers asking for sensitive personal informatio. 

If you feel you have been subject to any suspicious contact, please let Ramblers know by contacting the Ramblers Services Team at or call 0207 339 8500.
