Welcome to Biggar Ramblers Group, part of the Ramblers Association. We are a small friendly group based in beautiful Clydesdale, with the Pentlands, the Border hills and the Lowthers right on the doorstep and within easy reach of the Galloway Hills and the southern Highlands. We have a varied programme of walks, all led by experienced and enthusiastic walkers, of all grades and lengths and in a wide variety of locations. There will be something to suit you, whether you are an experienced walker or just starting off. Parties are generally quite small and you will find it very easy to make friends. See our gallery for photos from some of our recent walks. We meet in front of the Corn Exchange in Biggar unless otherwise stated. If this is your first walk with us contact the walk leader who will give you more information.

Biggar Ramblers Group is part of the Ramblers Association. Anyone may join a ramble organised by Biggar Ramblers, however we would expect all those attending 3 or more walks to be members of the Ramblers Association. Once you are a member you will be invited to join our Facebook site All walks leaders MUST be a member of the Ramblers Association. |
