Twelve walkers from Biggar Ramblers enjoyed the bright summer sunshine on a 4.5 mile ramble up into the Pentlands with lovely views of the reservoir and towards the coast.  The paths and farm tracks were good all the way.  A long uphill stretch when leaving the reservoir after coffee break meant we were rewarded with stunning views in both directions on the farm track between Paties and Spittal hills.
